I like to weigh a lot of options and do my research before making big purchases. During my car buying process, I took my time. I spent about three months looking until I landed on the car and the $$numbers that I wanted. I went to numerous sites, spoke with many different car salespeople and visited five dealerships. Shottenkirk Ford is where I landed. Austin was the salesperson I worked with and he is someone that I’d work with again. I went there and test drove the car, loved it but not enough to buy it based on the initial numbers I was given. The good news is that after doing some research on numbers, Austin was able to work with me—based on what is fair in the market and where I expected and needed to be. I went back when Austin was there—I‘m sure the sales team is great but I wouldn’t recommend anyone but him by the way. He is respectful and isn’t going to gaslight you when you don’t like the numbers or they don’t line up with you’re looking for. Buying a car is a big decision and unfortunately the stereotypes about dealerships and salespeople can be true. This is why I recommend doing your research, and working with AUSTIN AT SHOTTENKIRK. I’m not posting a picture of my car but I can assure you it’s gorgeous and I’m obsessed with it. Thanks again!
Absolutely phenomenal experience buying my first car. I called on short notice looking to buy a Mustang GT and was instantly guided through the process by Mike Mccarthy. Not only was I picked up from the airport by one of their drivers but my car had been fully detailed, filled with gas, and parked out front ready for me to drive off. After briefly finalizing some paperwork, I was on the road home grinning from ear to ear. Couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.
Bernard and Rick were top of the line awesome with the service they gave today. They got me and my wife into a very nice vehicle and it didn’t break the bank. I would recommend these gentleman ten times over!
I can't say enough about Shane and his finance team. Both Shane and Kristy. As it turns out I bought two vehicles within 4 days from Shane. Each time he jumped through hoops to ensure I had a great experience and got me the very best deal. The second car had to be purchased due to a last minute emergency. I called Shane and he said I got you. Within 3 hours my wife had a new Ford Edge St. I can't say enough about Shane and the Shottrnkirk team. They have a customer for life! The process was seamless, smooth, fair, and actually enjoyable...which I've never said before about purchasing a vehicle. Even though they are in the mountains of GA, I've been recommending them to friends in Nashville. It was a real pleasure working with Shane and Henry on the purchase of our 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Shane was very responsive to my initial contact and made the entire process simple and easy. I expressed my requirements on the vehicle and he emailed me an offer that was exactly what we were looking for. We scheduled a test drive and closed the deal in less than an hour and we were on our way home. The short drive to Jasper was absolutely worth the exceptional service that we received by everyone in the Shottenkirk Jasper family.
